Thank you for shopping with Draigwyn Tales. All products are printed to order. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Production Time (Important)

All t-shirts are printed to order.

Production time is typically 2–3 working days (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays).

Production time refers to the time required to print, prepare, and package your order before it is dispatched.

During busy periods, production times may be extended.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this production timeframe.

2. Dispatch & Delivery

Delivery timeframes begin after dispatch, not from the date of order.

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • UK Standard: 2–4 working days
  • UK Tracked: 1–3 working days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Royal Mail or courier services
  • Industrial action
  • Weather disruption
  • Incorrect address details provided at checkout

3. UK Shipping Only

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Orders placed with non-UK delivery addresses may be cancelled and refunded.

4. Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

We are not responsible for items delivered to incorrectly supplied addresses.

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Failure to collect
  • Refusal of delivery

A re-delivery fee may apply.

5. Lost or Delayed Items

An item will not be considered lost until 10 working days after the expected delivery date.

We reserve the right to investigate with the courier before issuing any replacement or refund.

Where delivery confirmation is provided by the courier, we reserve the right to refuse refund or replacement.

6. Risk of Loss

Risk in the goods passes to you upon confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout.

If you request delivery to a safe place or neighbour, responsibility transfers once delivery is confirmed.
