Refund policy

All of our t-shirts are made to order using our original designs. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Personalised / Made-to-Order Items
All items are printed to order.
Under UK law, the 14-day “change of mind” return right does not apply to goods that are made to order or personalised.
Because our t-shirts are printed specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong size
- Ordering the wrong colour
- Deciding you no longer want the item
Please check the size guide carefully before purchasing.
2. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, customers are entitled to receive goods that are:
- As described
- Of satisfactory quality
- Fit for purpose
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer either:
- A replacement, or
- A full refund (including standard delivery costs where applicable)
We may request the item is returned before issuing a refund.
3. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase.
After this time, your item may already be in production and cannot be cancelled.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 working days for funds to appear in your account.
